Why Scan?

It is highly recommend that if you have access to an original that you wish to be replicated and that it always be scanned to guarantee superior results.

The quality of your image file you wish to print is directly proportionate to the quality of your print. When printing art, standard image capturing systems used to digitize images into printable files do not have strong enough resolutions necessary to achieve a quality print. No matter how fancy your camera, it is just not capable of capturing enough visual information. Scanning, however, captures every nuance of detail using an ultra high-resolution, large format digital image capturing system capable of recording trillions of colors and details for each image. At Monarch, we recognize the importance of every little detail.

SCANNING VS.
PHOTOGRAPHING

We have invested in exemplary fine art digitizing equipment in order to ensure that our clients receive the best of the best. Using a large format scanning back camera, our system is set up specifically for documenting artwork. Even the best camera is not able to compare to the quality, resolution, and accuracy of our scanning system.
